TMT were asked if they would like to help deliver a training session at Trafford Hall. They were approached by Burkitt Vernelle Training & Consultancy who were delivering a two day course for experienced tenants on Scrutiny. Jill, Chris and Keith attended and were asked to share their knowledge and experiences with the tenants.
They were spilt up and sent off into their groups where they proceeded to host a question and answer session, following this they all reconvened and shared the ideas/suggestions they had received from their ‘Scrutiny expert’.
They have since received excellent feedback from their time at Trafford Hall and have been invited to attend the next training course, except this time with a longer session!
